With the CB cleats you can rotate them and achieve a 22 degree? (off the top of my head) release point or and 11 degree on the other way. He looks like it's still engaged. I have egg beaters and mallets on my bikes and love them :)

In Canada these retail for almost $2500. I know they are less in the states but the Canadian fox distributor won't cover warranty on a fork purchased in the US. Here is a link for a 2010 Fox 40 with a retail of almost $2900

The 2x10 idea isn't new. It was tried a long time ago but the strength wasn't there in lightweight products to handle the extra chain tension.
